Who We Are
Smooth Jazz At South Shore is one of the premier music festivals in
the Midwest. It brings exciting A-list talent while raising
significant funds for charity in Northwest Indiana.
Set on the
sandy shore of Lake Michigan in Michigan City, IN, it
coincides with the Internationally acclaimed Michigan City In-Water Boat
Show. Whether for an evening of incredible Smooth Jazz or a
weekend of activities, this is an event and destination you'll want to return to
year after year.
2009 Concert Wrap Up:
The crowd of nearly 3,000
people enjoyed the stellar
performance of
Jazz Attack!
Richard Elliot, Rick Braun
and Jonathan Butler not only
brought the house down, but
also allowed SJSS to award
$45,000 to the selected
charities.
In its fourth year,
the concert series has
raised (totally) over
$150,000 for 3 very
worthwhile charities.
